At Artisan Paws Studio, we craft each item with care and attention to detail. We want you to feel confident ordering from us — here’s everything you need to know about how we ship your order.

Processing & Handling

  • All orders are handcrafted and carefully packaged.

  • Typical processing time is 1–3 weeks before dispatch.

  • Custom or personalized orders may require the full 3-week window depending on complexity.

  • Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and your selected shipping method.

  • Discounts or free-shipping offers will be automatically applied at checkout.

  • Domestic (within the United States): Usually arrives in 3–7 business days after dispatch.

  • International: Usually arrives in 7–21 business days, depending on destination and carrier.
    Note: Delivery estimates are approximate and may vary due to carrier delays, holidays, customs processing, or unforeseen circumstances.

Order Tracking

  • We include a tracking number with every shipment, which will be emailed once the order is dispatched.

  • Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear in the carrier’s system.

  • If you do not receive a tracking email within a few days, please check your spam folder or contact us.

Customs & Duties (International Orders)

  • International customers are responsible for all customs fees, import duties, and taxes in the destination country.

  • These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are non-refundable.

  • Customs rules vary by country—please contact your local customs office if you have questions about import procedures or fees.

Important Notes

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs.

  • We are also not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are marked as delivered by the carrier.

  • Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at time of ordering—orders sent to an incorrect address due to input error cannot be refunded or replaced.

  • Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is in original condition.

  • Customers must submit clear photos before returning any item.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs (tracked service recommended).

  • Refunds issued within 5–7 business days after inspection: full refund if item is in original condition; partial refund if damaged/used.

  • Exchanges: We supply replacement panels or parts if items arrive damaged; photos required, damaged parts must be returned before replacements ship.

  • Custom/personalized orders are non-refundable and non-exchangeable unless damaged upon arrival.

  • International customers are responsible for any duties or taxes on returned or replacement shipments.
