At Artisan Paws Studio, every order is made with care and attention to detail, from our hands to your home. We strive to make your experience seamless from the moment you place your order to the time it arrives at your door.
Shipping Policy
Processing Time
All orders are handcrafted and carefully packaged.
Processing time is typically 1–3 weeks before dispatch.
Custom or personalized orders may require the full processing window depending on complexity.
Once your order has been processed, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
During peak seasons, processing times may be slightly extended due to high order volumes, but we always do our best to ensure prompt service.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We currently offer domestic shipping only within the United States. Estimated delivery times are as follows:
Standard Shipping (3–7 business days) after dispatch.
Expedited options may be available at checkout when applicable.
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Any applicable discounts or free shipping offers will be automatically applied.
Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances such as weather disruptions.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number and link to track your package. If you do not receive this email within a few days of your order being processed, please check your spam folder or contact our support team at info@artisanpaws.com.
Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear in the carrier’s system.
Lost or Delayed Shipments
If your package is lost or significantly delayed, please contact us as soon as possible at info@artisanpaws.com. We will work with the carrier to locate your order and assist in resolving the issue. While we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered, we will always do our best to help you recover your item.
Returns & Exchanges
Our Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Each piece is crafted and packaged with care, and we stand behind the quality of our work. If for any reason you’re not fully happy with your order, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be in new, unused condition, free from damage or signs of wear, and returned in their original packaging. Returns that do not meet these conditions may be subject to a restocking fee or declined.
Because our pieces are made to order, we encourage you to carefully review all product details, dimensions, and finish options before completing your purchase.
How to Initiate a Return
- Submit a Return Request: Email our support team at info@artsanpaws.com, with your order number and reason for return.
- Receive a Return Label: We will provide a prepaid return shipping label for domestic orders. International customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- Send Back Your Item: Securely package your item and drop it off at your nearest carrier location.
- Receive Your Refund: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
Exchanges
Because our products are made to order, we do not offer exchanges. We recommend reviewing all product details, dimensions, and finish options carefully before placing your order.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:
- Final sale or clearance items
- Personalized or custom-made products
- Gift cards
- Items marked as non-returnable

Defective or Incorrect Items

Refunds are typically processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your return. Depending on your bank, it may take additional time for the funds to appear in your account. If you do not see your refund after 10 business days, please contact your bank or payment provider.
