Our furniture is thoughtfully crafted from birch ply, acrylic panels, and linen/cotton canvas blends, with low-VOC, pet-safe finishes. Each material is selected for durability, aesthetics, and ease of integration into your home.

Yes! Select collections allow custom monograms or nameplates. Custom orders may slightly extend production time — details are provided at checkout.

Yes! Our collections include feeding stations, beds, gates, and our Wellness Collection, which features shampoos, conditioners, leave-in treatments, balms, candles, scents, and healthy treats & supplements.

Use a soft, damp cloth to gently wipe surfaces. Avoid harsh chemicals, abrasive cleaners, or enzyme-based products that can damage the finish or coating.

Spot clean or follow the product-specific care instructions. Most removable covers can be machine washed but check labels to ensure longevity.

Keep furniture out of direct sunlight for prolonged periods and wipe spills promptly. Our finishes are durable but treating surfaces gently ensures your pieces age gracefully.

Yes. We offer free standard shipping across the continental U.S. All orders are handcrafted, packaged, and shipped from our Washington studio.

Deliveries to Hawaii and Alaska include a small flat-rate shipping fee to help cover carrier costs, which will appear at checkout.

We currently ship to Canada. Shipping rates are automatically calculated at checkout based on your location and carrier.

Please note that customs duties, import taxes, and fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping total.

Each piece is made to order and carefully packaged before shipping.

Processing typically takes 1–3 weeks, followed by delivery:

• Continental U.S.: 3–7 business days after dispatch
  
• Hawaii & Alaska: 5–10 business days after dispatch
  
• Canada: Typically, 5–10 business days after dispatch (depending on customs clearance)
  

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number and updates from the carrier.

We want you to love your purchase. We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for eligible items.

Please note that made-to-order pieces are final sale and not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or were made incorrectly. Returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition they were received.

To start a return or refund request, please contact our support team at info@artisanpaws.com with your order number and photos (if applicable). Once your return is approved and received, we’ll process your refund back to your original payment method, minus any applicable return shipping fees.

Because each item is made to order, we’re unable to offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different design or size, we recommend placing a new order once your return has been processed.

Only the Rana Collection features tool-less joinery. Other collections are designed for simple, intuitive assembly, with minimal tools required. Each piece comes with clear instructions, so setup is quick and easy.

Yes — our furniture is built to stand up to everyday use. That said, it’s crafted more like home furniture than chew-proof dog equipment. Not recommended for pets prone to aggressive chewing or climbing.

Absolutely. Many of our pieces are multifunctional: they can double as end tables, small consoles, or integrate under wall-mounted TVs — all while remaining stylish and pet-friendly.
