Return and Refund Policy

At Artisan Paws Studio, every piece is handcrafted with care and thoughtfully packaged. We take pride in creating timeless, design-driven furniture that feels at home in your space. While all our products are carefully made to order, we understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned.

Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for eligible items. To qualify, your item must be in original, unused condition, free of damage, and returned in its original packaging with all components included. A receipt or an order number is required to process your return.

Please note:

  • Made-to-order and custom products are non-returnable and non-refundable, unless they arrive damaged or were incorrectly made.
  • Items returned without prior authorization cannot be accepted.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked shipping service and ensuring the item is securely packaged to prevent damage during transit. Artisan Paws Studio is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping. Before sending your return, please email clear photos of the item to verify its condition.

To begin a return, please contact our team within 14 days of delivery. Once approved, you’ll receive detailed instructions on how to return your item. Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how to send your package back to us. For any questions regarding returns.

Damaged or Defective Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrectly made, contact us within 48 hours with photos of the issue. Our team will assess your claim and arrange for replacement parts or panels, along with full assembly instructions. In most cases, damaged parts must be returned before replacements are shipped.

Assembly Tip: Assemble your piece on a soft surface (such as carpet or a rug) to prevent scratches or breakage.

Exceptions to Returns

Unfortunately, sale items and gift cards are not eligible for return.

Exchanges

Due to the custom-made nature of our products, we do not offer exchanges. If a component arrives damaged, we’re happy to provide a replacement part once the original is returned and verified.

Refunds

Once we’ve received and inspected your returned item, we’ll notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Refunds are issued as follows:

  • Full refund — if the item is returned in original, unused condition.
  • Partial refund — if the item shows signs of damage, improper assembly, or missing parts.

  • Customs fees, import duties, and taxes are non-refundable.
